Reddy Raw is a premier distributor of frozen foods in the Northeast. Their 1,300 SKUs are among the most common items found in restaurants and other food service venues every day. Reddy Raw's success lies not with the number of products carried, but its ability to complete accurate, just-in-time deliveries of high-turn items on a daily basis.
**Crucial Networking's role for this project was to develop a Content Management System that would drastically improve speed and efficiency by virtually eliminating human error. Customers are able to place their orders quickly and easily online; orders are then sent automatically to the warehouse fax for selection. The success of this system is plainly illustrated in the $800,000 in sales generated for Reddy Raw in 2004, in the first 5 months the system was used.
