Crucial Networking, LLC was formed in April 2002 by a group of Internet professionals with a strong desire to be different. Different in the wacky, Internet-hipster sense? Maybe. But primarily we wanted to set ourselves apart with our attention to your needs. To provide an actual human on the other end of your phone calls and emails.

There are literally tens-of-thousands of "web design shops" out there nowadays. They can create for you a splashy flash intro; a database; a brochureware site. What many of them fail to do, however, is service you. That's where we come in.
In our freelance ventures, we've all come across hosting behemoths who could care less about the fact that a client's e-mail has been down for 3 days, or that their site has inexplicably vanished.
We've tried to locate the elusive "original designer" of a site to get some questions answered. Repeatedly we've ended these quests annoyed with hours of our lives wasted.
So. We've decided to make a change. You're looking at it. We bring you Crucial Networking, LLC. The "un-Internet-design-shop". We'll create the Flash intros and the databases, the redesigns, or just simply cross your t's and dot your i's. What makes us different? We'll be around. We'll host your site. If it goes down, we'll fix it. If you need to change a copyright on 486 pages, we'll change it. No task is too small, no task is too large. We'll hold your hand through any step of the "e" process.
