I decided long ago that my days would be spent helping people make sense of their computers. Always fascinated with computers, I even spend my free time building, optimizing and tuning them. I eat, drink & sleep technology (and the Boston Red Sox. Go Sox!)

Whether your issue is software-related, hardware-related, or "OH MY GOD, WHAT IS WRONG," I'm the calm voice on the other end of the phone that will talk you off the ledge; the guy who will drive across the state to your office to help save your day.

The best part of my job is helping our customers solve a problem, making sure they can be the most productive employer/employee/solitaire player/facebook'r they can be.
